Jenna slowly circled her clit with her vibrator and closed her eyes. She tried to picture the face that she loved best but time had dulled her memory and the face she saw was a new one. Intense blue eyes had replaced the brown of her memory and blonde hair had become gray tinted brown. Lost in the moment she didn’t question it, bucking her hips forward and riding the waves of pleasure, she came with a new name on her lips. But later she would cry for what she’d forgotten and for what she wasn’t yet ready to face.

Since you didn't ask (lol) here's my two cents:

I like Jenna. I think she's interesting and complicated and has a lot of potential. But she's also new and I don't know a lot about her so I'm trying to reserve some judgment.

I also liked the intensity between her and Steve. It would play very well into fic although I don't really want a relationship on the show.

I would write her more if I felt I knew her more and if I could get Steve and Danny to let go of my muse for just a minute. But they're greedy.

It annoys me the snap hate that permeates the fandom. We don't know enough to hate. And the hate seems mostly based on the fact that she's a girl that isn't Kono and that she might possibly spend time with Steve. *eye roll* But to each their own.

I so agree! People on Facebook, LJ and Tumblr have been vicious about her to an extent I can't even comprehend.

Come on, we haven't seen her enough to know she's "a terrible actress." And I don't think a 10 min. appearance warrants (logically) folks saying they wish the character would die a horrible death.

I never like to assume that it's just because the character is a female, but when it's (mainly) slashers who hate the character, and the character is a woman, and said character hasn't even been on a full episode....it's hard not to draw that conclusion.

I'm looking forward to the show tonight, but on the other hand, I know her presence is going to bring on a lot of hate...so not looking forward to that.

I'll definitely be reading if you write more.

Oh poor Jenna. She definitely had a bit of a girlcrush on Steve for sure. I have a guilty pleasure for them. Need to find more fics with them as the pairing. Nicely done.
